The first official Idlette family reunion was hosted by Forrest Brown (Idlette) on July 4, 1983. What began as a single summer gathering grew into a family tradition that has crossed states, generations, and oceans.
Following the 2026 reunion in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, the family gathers next in Fort Lauderdale, Florida — a celebration of every family we’ve started, every service we’ve given, every generation we’ve raised — and every generation still to come.
